Location: 100% onsite in Cleveland, OH, United States.

Salary: $70,320–$105,480 base annual pay, plus bonus; geographic-specific structures range from $77,360–$116,040 and $80,880–$121,320.

What you will do

• Build relationships with financial advisors, advisor teams, network office leadership, team members, and home office leadership to understand business needs.
• Advocate for and promote effective use of the technology suite across advisor practices, sales cycles, recruitment, and office workflows.
• Identify technology adoption gaps and inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and develop individualized action plans for financial advisors.
• Coach, train, mentor, and facilitate classes and Financial Planning Academy sessions on technology usage and best practices.
• Lead strategic planning, engagement, technology rollouts, and execution efforts to achieve productivity, revenue, expense, recruitment, and client experience goals.
• Track and report engagement effectiveness and provide user feedback to home office leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, or an equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible work experience.
• At least five years of consultation experience working with professionals in financial services or a similar industry, including relationship building across multiple position levels through a consultative model.
• Ability to understand sales-practice software technology and articulate its benefits and uses to selected audiences.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Proven ability to consult and drive measurable improvements in an outcome-based model, such as increased technology adoption or sales.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate groups.

Nice to have

• At least three years of experience coaching or training individuals to optimize their businesses through technology.
• At least three years of coaching and training experience.
• At least five years of financial services industry experience.
