Salary: $109,268–$147,832 per year

What you will do

• Lead complex organization effectiveness engagements from intake through sustainment, including assessment, diagnosis, contracting, scope definition, risk management, and success measurement.
• Lead organization design and operating model work covering structure, roles, accountabilities, governance, decision rights, interfaces, talent implications, and implementation planning.
• Design and facilitate leadership and team effectiveness interventions that improve alignment, collaboration, accountability, decision making, and performance.
• Integrate change practices to strengthen stakeholder engagement, readiness, adoption, reinforcement, and sustainability.
• Support workforce planning by connecting business strategy with capabilities, skills, roles, capacity, talent, technology, automation, and artificial intelligence implications.
• Manage multiple concurrent engagements, coordinate contributors and workstreams, advise leaders and HR partners, and build organizational effectiveness capability through frameworks, tools, coaching, and consultation.

Requirements

• Senior-level organization development and organization effectiveness consulting experience.
• Ability to diagnose root causes, recognize system-wide patterns, test assumptions, and select interventions based on business need, readiness, risk, and expected value.
• Experience leading complex initiatives across stakeholders, projects, workstreams, dependencies, decisions, and organizational impacts.
• Ability to influence, facilitate decisions, strengthen alignment and accountability, and lead without positional authority.
• Experience with organization design, operating models, leadership and team effectiveness, change and transformation, workforce planning, and related organizational interventions.
• Ability to guide complex, ambiguous, or sensitive discussions and translate business strategy into practical organizational capabilities and ways of working.
• Ability to establish and evaluate business, organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and behavior outcomes, monitor sustainability, and use evidence and feedback to improve solutions.
• Ability to serve as a trusted consultant to leaders and HR partners and partner across HR and the enterprise to develop executable solutions.
