Senior Project Manager - ECSI (Electrical)

Location: Hybrid, Eagan office, Minnesota, United States; willingness and ability to travel required.

Salary: $107,008.00–$155,648.00 annual base compensation.

What you will do

• Manage all aspects of assigned project financials, including billings, projections, cash flow, cost codes, WBS, SOVs, phases, estimates, and project comparisons.
• Develop proposed change orders and communicate cost and schedule impacts to clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external clients, partners, and project stakeholders.
• Direct and supervise general foremen, foremen, and crews while ensuring compliance with contracts, union agreements, and company policies.
• Plan projects through purchasing, engineering, subletting, and installation, while maintaining required files, schedules, reports, correspondence, and billing.
• Identify project concerns, collaborate with senior leadership on project health, and participate in monthly financial review meetings.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience as a project manager in the electrical industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of electrical industry materials, methods, and tools.
• Knowledge of business and management principles covering strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of manpower and resources.
• Ability to develop goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand contract documents and the scope of electrical work to be performed.
• Willingness and ability to train and educate assigned subordinates.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
