Manufacturing Superintendent (Medtech)

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to achieve production schedules, quality requirements, and delivery commitments.
• Drive performance targets of at least 98% schedule adherence, 97% Right First Time results, and 85% operational efficiency.
• Develop and coach front-line supervisors while building accountability, teamwork, engagement, and high performance.
• Promote safety through hazard identification, near-miss reporting, and risk mitigation, targeting zero recordable incidents.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, waste reduction, process optimization, and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Analyze operational metrics, solve root causes, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and other functions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations and 2 years of leadership experience managing production teams, supervisors, or operational functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, team-building, influencing, and team-engagement capabilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, production schedules, and quality standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a data-driven process improvement mindset.
