Affiliate Marketing Manager

Location: Hybrid, based in Lehi, Utah, US

hirify.global manages brand growth and marketplace programs across major online marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay, Tmall, TikTok Shop, JD, and Mercado Libre.

What you will do

• Research and contact potential affiliates and creators across Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplace platforms.
• Build, launch, and manage affiliate campaigns, including setting and monitoring budgets.
• Serve as the brand-facing point of contact by providing reporting, strategy, and program updates.
• Monitor affiliate program health and budgets across marketplace retailers and proactively flag issues.
• Build and grow affiliate networks through messaging and engagement strategies.
• Use affiliate platforms such as Levanta and Impact, or similar tools, to manage campaigns across retailers.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in affiliate marketing, marketplace management, or an agency setting.
• Hands-on experience with marketplace affiliate programs such as Amazon or Walmart.
• Clear understanding of affiliate programs, including building affiliate networks, creating campaigns, and managing budgets.
• Strong executive and business presence, with the ability to represent hirify.global directly to brand partners face-to-face.
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of brand accounts simultaneously.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams, take ownership of projects, and follow assignments through to completion.

Nice to have

• Agency experience managing 40+ accounts.
• Familiarity with Levanta, Impact, or similar affiliate platforms.
• Background in CPG, pharmaceuticals, vitamins, minerals, supplements, or beauty.
• Background in Amazon advertising.

Hiring process
