Director, Creator & Affiliate Marketing

Location: Hybrid role based within commutable distance of hirify.global's Brooklyn office, with office attendance once or twice per week depending on proximity. Remote candidates outside commuting distance may be considered case by case, with occasional travel to the office expected. The role is associated with U.S. geographic pay zones.

Salary: $197,000–$267,000 annual in Geo-1 or $178,000–$240,000 annual in Geo-2, plus equity and an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy and execution of hirify.global's in-house Creator Program and publisher affiliate program.
• Build growth plans for creator recruitment, engagement, retention, monetization, and the in-house ambassador program.
• Guide external network and publisher partnerships, including incentives, commission structures, and promotional planning across LTK, ShopMy, Mavely, YouTube Affiliate, and other partners.
• Grow and optimize the global Affiliate program and partnerships across more than 100 countries.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics on tooling, incrementality, attribution, halo impact, and testing roadmaps.
• Own portfolio performance, align cross-functional stakeholders, communicate results to senior leadership, and mentor a high-performing team.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of experience in creator, influencer, and affiliate marketing, in-house or at an agency or network; experience building in-house creator programs is ideal.
• Deep understanding of the creator and influencer landscape, affiliate and partnership economics, CPA, commission and override structures, and attribution.
• Experience managing people and building and leading high-performing teams.
• Experience designing program structures from scratch, including tiering, commission logic, creator segmentation, and high-value partnerships.
• Hands-on experience designing and interpreting incrementality tests, including holdout, geo-based, and matched-market tests.
• Ability to build and defend GMS and revenue forecasts for finance and senior leadership.
• Understanding of last-click attribution limitations, correction models, affiliate network infrastructure, and optimization of bidding and commission structures; familiarity with Impact, Rakuten, AWIN, or Partnerize.
• Proven ability to partner with Product & Engineering, Communications, Brand Strategy, and Advertising Creative teams.
