Senior Implementation Manager (AI)

Location: US-Remote; compensation includes New York City and Remote tiers

Salary: New York City $115,000–$151,000; Remote, Standard $99,000–$130,000; Remote, Premium $104,000–$136,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementations for high-priority enterprise accounts across SMB and Enterprise segments, from pre-sales support through post-launch handoff.
• Manage complex technical requirements, integrations, and multi-stakeholder workstreams.
• Resolve data discrepancies, integration hurdles, and other non-routine implementation challenges.
• Provide subject matter expertise on product areas and HCM integrations, including guidance and best practices for junior team members.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to align client requirements, timelines, and product feedback.
• Improve implementation frameworks, tools, templates, documentation, and configurations while using AI-powered tooling and MCP-based integrations to reduce manual work and accelerate time to value.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical project management, or professional services.
• Experience managing high-stakes projects from kickoff to completion with minimal oversight and strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable instructions for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve non-routine issues through creative thinking and collaborative resourcefulness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or HR-tech.
• Experience using LLMs, automation platforms, or AI-assisted workflows in a professional services or technical context.
