Fullstack Software Engineer (C#/.NET, Angular, Databricks)

Location: Hybrid in the Dallas, TX office, at least 3 days per week. Work CST business hours, 9–5 CST.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using C# and .NET.
• Develop Angular and TypeScript frontend features following the team design system.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Build and maintain Databricks notebooks, jobs, and data pipelines using Spark SQL or PySpark.
• Deliver work through a Kanban workflow, including unit and integration tests, code reviews, documentation, monitoring, and production support.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Business Analysis, QA, and data partners through demos, pairing, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience across frontend, backend, and data.
• Hands-on experience with C# and .NET, including building APIs and backend services.
• Experience with Angular and/or TypeScript.
• Strong SQL skills, including query writing and stored procedures.
• Experience with Databricks notebooks, jobs, and pipeline development using Spark SQL or PySpark.
• Experience with Git.
• Ability to take ownership through production, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, work with minimal supervision, and finish in-flight work before starting new work.
• Ability to handle shifting priorities, legacy code, production issues, risks, blockers, ambiguities, edge cases, and data inconsistencies.
• Respect for different backgrounds and perspectives, motivation by the healthcare mission, integrity, attention to detail, and collaborative teamwork.

Nice to have

• Salesforce experience, preferably Health Cloud.
• Microservice architecture experience.
• Kafka experience with pub/sub and queues.
• GitHub and Lucidchart experience.
• Experience working with AI tools such as Claude Code.
