Software Engineer (.NET)

What you will do

• Analyze Arrowhead business processes and requirements and make implementation decisions.
• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance desktop and web applications using .NET, Entity Framework, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and XSL.
• Build and maintain WPF desktop applications with the MVVM pattern.
• Develop and support .NET web applications and REST APIs.
• Design database schemas and write and optimize MS SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Collaborate through Git workflows, code reviews, sprint planning, knowledge sharing, and CI/CD pipeline maintenance.

• Ability to analyze business and technical documentation, regulations, and procedures.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information clearly and respond to questions from managers, clients, and customers.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and interpret technical instructions.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic networking and connectivity issues across environments.
