What you will do

• Source passive candidates for multiple open and volume hiring roles through diverse channels.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Engage candidates, conduct phone interviews, and understand their motivators, interests, and career goals.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to define hiring needs and selection strategies.
• Report pipeline activity and maintain accurate candidate documentation in the ATS.
• Advise on candidate skills and company fit while managing the candidate experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree and experience sourcing and hiring for volume roles.
• Strong experience sourcing passive candidates and creating innovative sourcing strategies.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and full-cycle recruiting.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus the ability to manage multiple recruiting assignments and deadlines.
