What you will do

• Source passive candidates across channels by identifying ideal profiles for open roles.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies while owning your talent pipeline.
• Engage candidates to understand motivators and nurture leads for future opportunities.
• Conduct phone interviews and provide strategic advice on candidate fit during selection.
• Report pipeline activity, maintain ATS documentation, and collaborate with recruiting teams.
• Manage candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements

• 2+ years of strong sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment, including volume roles.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and full life cycle recruiting.
• Proven track record in creative sourcing, building relationships, and achieving targets.
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and critical thinking.
