Digital Shopfloor Support Specialist (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Support users of digital shopfloor applications and ensure effective day-to-day usage.
• Deliver training sessions and onboard new users to tools and processes.
• Collect user feedback and document evolution requests and enhancements.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, monitor application performance, and resolve issues.
• Prepare status reports and maintain project documentation covering progress, milestones, risks, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Professional experience supporting IT solutions and end users.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
• Experience writing technical documentation such as BRDs and functional specifications.
• Ability to discuss technical topics with end users and translate business needs into requirements.
• Good understanding of digital technologies and their application in the aerospace sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• English is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of aerospace composite manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with aerospace regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Experience working with aerospace industry clients.
• French language skills.
