Campus Operations Manager

Location: Menlo Park, California; in-person attendance is expected 5 days per week. Other listed locations include Chicago, Illinois, and New York, New York.

Base pay: $102,000–$120,000 USD in Zone 1; $90,000–$106,000 USD in Zone 2; $80,000–$94,000 USD in Zone 3. The role is also eligible for bonuses, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage daily campus operations, workplace standards, maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, office services, and workplace improvements.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, vendors, and building management while creating a welcoming, hospitality-driven workplace.
• Manage facilities, janitorial, food and beverage, and other workplace-service vendors; monitor performance and address service gaps.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, events, workplace programs, and campus improvement projects.
• Collaborate with Workplace Operations, Physical Security, IT, Real Estate, and other stakeholders on campus initiatives, space modifications, employee moves, and changing business needs.
• Support campus budgets, track expenses, and use dashboards, employee feedback, and service metrics to evaluate performance and identify improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creating an exceptional employee experience and fostering workplace community.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, maintaining service standards, and leading operational improvements.
• Ability to independently manage projects, prioritize competing demands, and own initiatives from planning through execution.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, including identifying opportunities, recommending solutions, and following through on results.
• Experience coordinating employee events, workplace programs, and initiatives with teams across the company.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
