Location: Kalispell, MT, United States; relocation eligible; travel required up to 10% of the time

Salary: $116,000.00–$159,500.00 per year

What you will do

• Lead key financial forecast cycles, ensuring task accuracy and data integrity.
• Drive high-level projects involving complex relationships and direct exposure to senior management.
• Review, monitor, and authorize transactions for finance subgroups.
• Prepare detailed financial models and presentations for executive audiences.
• Lead process integration and/or own workstreams supporting local and regional finance initiatives.
• Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resources, risk, and complexity.

Requirements

• Demonstrated depth and/or breadth of expertise in the relevant specialized discipline or field.
• Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
• Ability to lead others in solving complex problems using sophisticated analytical thinking, judgment, and innovative solutions.
• Ability to impact customer, operational, project, or service objectives while working within functional policies.
• Strong communication skills for explaining difficult concepts and negotiating adoption of different points of view.
