Commercial Banking Intern

Location: Onsite in Centennial, Colorado, United States

Salary: $20.00–$22.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support onboarding of new client accounts and manage signer changes.
• Respond to internal and external requests professionally within service-level agreements.
• Develop process maps, procedures, and Rules of Engagement for sales teams.
• Enter and track sales team activities in Salesforce and provide operational feedback.
• Participate in strategic and operational projects across Commercial Banking and Treasury Management.
• Handle client service requests, account maintenance, user support, and collaboration with specialty deposit groups.

Requirements

• Ability to work onsite in Centennial, Colorado.
• Ability to support client onboarding, account maintenance, operational requests, and client service activities.
• Ability to work with Salesforce and standard office equipment.
• Successful completion of a credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana screening.
• Employment eligibility verification through the E-Verify program is required for facilities in the United States.
