Associate Engineer

Location: On-site in Hartland, Wisconsin, United States

Salary: $85,000–$128,000 annual; bonus and/or incentive eligible

What you will do

• Analyze existing processes and recommend technological solutions and innovative techniques to reduce expenses and improve cost structure while maintaining or improving quality.
• Lead multiple medium-scale projects from concept through realization with contributors from multiple departments and disciplines.
• Develop project plans with action steps and schedules to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Develop functional requirements and test plans, and work with production issues.
• Conduct training on quality assurance and engineering concepts and tools, including inspection, measurement, and test methods.
• Use warehouse management and labor management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline.
• At least 2 years of engineering experience.
• Experience with technical writing, research paper writing, and/or experimental design.
• Knowledge and experience with ERP systems.
• Intermediate computer and systems skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
