Starting base pay: $77,235-$95,408 per year

What you will do

• Provide technical support to engineering and manufacturing personnel by improving workflows and troubleshooting manufacturing processes, equipment integration, and related applications.
• Develop and maintain SAP Production Planning and Variant Configuration data, including material masters, bills of material, routings, work centers, and manufacturing system logic.
• Write, revise, and audit shop routings and conditional logic for new or redesigned products and automated equipment requirements.
• Support automated equipment integration with manufacturing systems, including production orders, part attributes, machine programs, parameters, recipes, and execution data.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, equipment vendors, and IT to define requirements, test interfaces, validate data, and implement equipment changes.
• Troubleshoot machine communication and production data issues; analyze manufacturing data, improve throughput and equipment utilization, maintain SQL queries and reporting tools, conduct time studies, support cost estimates, capacity projections, product redesign, value engineering, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of relevant engineering work experience required.
• Four-year bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent years of experience required.
• Ability to support manufacturing processes, equipment integration, production systems, and related applications.
• Ability to collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, equipment vendors, and IT.
