Supervisor, Healthcare Revenue Cycle Consulting

Location: Chicago, United States; hybrid workstyle aligned to an hirify.global office. Nationwide travel required up to 80%.

Compensation range: $95,400–$192,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.

What you will do

• Oversee the daily work of project teams and support staff, prioritize work, and help ensure milestones, deadlines, and quality standards are met.
• Evaluate business processes and financial performance to identify weaknesses affecting efficiency, financial results, and patient experience.
• Evaluate and optimize EMR solutions for healthcare business processes, management processes, regulatory requirements, and other business needs.
• Assess current-state workflows and collaborate with client IT, functional, clinical, and operational teams to validate future-state designs.
• Train client personnel on new processes and systems and mentor junior team members on industry practices, implementation, and project management.
• Create, manage, and execute project work plans and maintain internal and external project status reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of Revenue Cycle Consulting experience with hospitals or large physician groups.
• Experience managing complex projects requiring collaboration across multiple teams within a fixed timeline and budget.
• Experience leading and/or supervising client service teams.
• Ability and willingness to travel nationwide up to 80%.

• Expertise in full revenue cycle leading practices.
• Consulting experience within the healthcare industry.
• Hands-on experience with full-lifecycle revenue cycle and optimization projects, including process design and management.
