Sr. Analyst, SEC Reporting

What you will do

• Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements and footnote disclosures for Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and other SEC filings.
• Prepare MD&A, footnote, XBRL, press release, and related financial reporting documentation.
• Partner with tax, treasury, legal, internal audit, FP&A, regional accounting teams, and international finance staff on reporting and accounting matters.
• Research and support implementation of new or revised accounting standards and summarize technical guidance covering areas such as earnings per share, foreign currency, segment reporting, derivatives, stock-based compensation, goodwill, and intangible assets.
• Document and execute internal controls for the financial reporting process under Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404.
• Lead financial reporting discussions, answer accounting questions, identify process improvements, and support ad hoc reporting and transformation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA license required.
• 3+ years of related professional experience.
• Experience reviewing or preparing SEC filings.
• Strong financial accounting and reporting knowledge, including US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and SOX internal controls.
• Critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, communication, project management, time management, prioritization, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to learn software and ERP systems, work independently, manage competing priorities, lead meetings, communicate with business partners, receive constructive feedback, and pursue continuous improvement.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, thorough, accountable, and able to work effectively under time constraints.
• Technology-forward mindset, including use of AI tools.

Nice to have

• Public accounting experience.
• Experience with Workiva, SAP Group Reporting, SAP S/4, AuditBoard, BlackLine, and Microsoft Office Suite.
