About the Role

You will prepare consolidated, lender, partner, and international statutory financial statements. You will research complex accounting, document conclusions, coordinate external audits, maintain SOX controls, and improve financial-reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA certification
• Six or more years of accounting and audit experience
• Knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting standards
• Experience designing or auditing SOX financial reporting controls
• Financial consolidation expertise
• Technical accounting memorandum writing
• Project management in deadline-oriented environments

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and annual consolidated financial statement preparation
• Prepare monthly financial statements for lenders and business partners
• Prepare statutory financial statements for international subsidiaries
• Research and evaluate complex accounting transactions
• Prepare technical accounting memoranda
• Coordinate external audit reviews requests and walkthroughs
• Implement and maintain SOX financial reporting controls
• Identify process gaps and improve the financial reporting control environment
