Business Development Manager (Asset Management)

A leading Georgian asset management company operating a multi-strategy fund platform for Georgian and international investors.

What you will do

• Research new product ideas through market sizing, competitor analysis, fee-structure review, and demand assessment.
• Support product structuring through financial modelling, scenario analysis, and development of product parameters.
• Prepare approval documentation and coordinate communication with the National Bank of Georgia and Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Operations functions.
• Prepare offering documentation, presentations, marketing materials, project materials, status reports, and board materials.
• Monitor launched products, AUM dynamics, investor numbers, sales-plan delivery, channel performance, and channel effectiveness.
• Support sales channels with materials, product training, and responses to queries while coordinating strategic projects and deadlines.

Requirements

• Higher education in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the financial sector, including asset management, brokerage, investment research in equity or fixed income, investment banking, corporate finance, or audit.
• Good understanding of investment instruments and fund mechanics.
• Strong analytical skills and experience preparing presentations and informational materials.
• Clear written business communication in Georgian and English.
• Ability to run several projects in parallel and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Progress toward or completion of the CFA programme.
