Location: Frankfurt, Germany; hybrid working model combining work from home with on-site presence at client and hirify.global offices; travel required for client-facing work.

Salary: $3,500.00 per month.

What you will do

• Develop and apply advanced statistical models to address dynamic business issues for clients and project teams.
• Use data and analytical techniques to guide client and internal decision-making.
• Use R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic, and Excel to investigate client needs and develop insights.
• Synthesize and communicate analytical results to clients and project teams.
• Collaborate with client and internal teams to implement solutions and take responsibility for project deliverables.
• Travel as needed for client-facing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in any discipline with strong academic performance in quantitative and analytical coursework, such as operations research, applied mathematics, management science, data science, statistics, econometrics, or engineering.
• Demonstrated proficiency in a programming language or analytical tool such as R, SAS, Tableau, or VBA.
• Fluency in English and effective oral and written communication skills.
• High motivation, strong work ethic, maturity, personal initiative, empathy, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
• Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks.
• Aptitude for and enjoyment of working in teams, with a collaborative and problem-solving approach.
• Client-first mentality.
• Must possess or be able to obtain work authorization for Germany.
