Product Owner - Consumer

Location: Hybrid; candidates must live within 30 miles of Lincoln, NE, Madison, WI, or Centennial, CO. Associates residing within 30 miles of an office generally work 24 hours in-office each week. Internal associates working remotely may apply.

Annual compensation starting at $80,342.

What you will do

• Engage stakeholders, users, and clients to understand needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
• Prioritize features based on business value, negotiate priorities, and facilitate alignment across business, IT, leadership, and delivery teams.
• Partner with the Product Manager on product vision and roadmap development, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and user needs.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, maintain visibility and clarity, and track delivery progress using relevant metrics.
• Participate in or lead agile ceremonies and guide teams toward product goals.
• Monitor product investment, spend, and ROI, including supporting cost-benefit analyses for proposed initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage expectations and keep stakeholders informed.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business, IT, leadership, users, clients, and delivery teams.
