Senior Product Manager, Epic Optimization (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; must reside in and be authorized to work within the United States. Travel and onsite work at client, temporary, or corporate office locations may be required up to 10%.

Salary: $101,600–$152,400, based on experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Set strategy for Epic upgrades, enhancements, feature adoption, standards, and scalable operational use.
• Partner with Operations to understand workflows, challenges, and successes, then translate business needs into Epic standards and adoption strategies.
• Lead problem discovery, requirements, and scoping across Operations, Epic Services, Innovation, Product, and Data.
• Develop clear, prescriptive recommendations with rationale and tradeoffs for Epic functionality and solution design.
• Inform Epic Standard Operating Models, own Epic playbooks, and identify integration opportunities including third-party systems.
• Educate Epic Services, partner with Partnership Success on consistent client messaging, and lead workgroups as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of Epic experience in healthcare operations or an IT environment.
• Epic certification in Patient Access, Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, or HIM.
• Deep Epic functional expertise.
• Strong executive-ready communication skills.
• Creative, solution-oriented problem-solving mindset.
• Residence and authorization to work within the United States are required.
