Location: New York City area, United States; hybrid with onsite district work required. Must live within 30 miles of the posting location. Travel up to 80% is required, including travel within the designated territory and nationally.

Salary: $60,750–$99,750 per year.

What you will do

• Deliver targeted professional development to teachers, coaches, school leaders, and district leaders on implementing Ready and i-Ready Mathematics programs.
• Provide tailored onsite classroom coaching, including lesson planning, pacing support, and instructional guidance.
• Help educators analyze assessment data and apply it to instruction.
• Support district-wide adoptions and implementation of i-Ready Mathematics and the online Diagnostic and Instruction program.
• Develop and revise annual professional development plans and schedules with district and site leaders.
• Monitor, evaluate, and support the integrity of program implementations while collaborating with sales teams, educators, students, and school districts.

Requirements

• Master's degree and 3+ years of experience teaching Mathematics, coaching Mathematics teachers, or providing Mathematics professional development.
• Fluency using digital tools, including online assessments, and comfort discussing and applying data with teachers and leaders.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and their application to professional development.
• Ability to manage, monitor, evaluate, and ensure the integrity of program implementations.
• Ability to provide high-quality classroom coaching so teachers can effectively deliver hirify.global solutions.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory and nationally, including company meetings several times throughout the year; travel up to 80% is required.
• Strong working knowledge of the NY Next Gen Standards and Common Core State Standards for Mathematics, Grades K–8, including content and practice standards.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must live within 30 miles of the posting location.
