Salary: $77,600–$87,300 USD annually for candidates based in the United States; $104,863–$117,969 CAD annually for candidates based in Canada.

What you will do

• Create high-quality K–12 elementary mathematics assessment content from established blueprints.
• Align assessment items with state standards and item development best practices.
• Use and help improve content and item management systems.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and content teams to build engaging and informative assessments.
• Innovate with new assessment item types enabled by AI technologies.

Requirements

• Deep pedagogical expertise in elementary mathematics and knowledge of state and national standards.
• At least 2 years of classroom experience teaching elementary school mathematics.
• Experience with K–12 assessment development and collaborative, time-sensitive projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Project management skills and willingness to learn new content creation tools.
• Remote candidates must be based in the continental United States, Hawaii, or Canada.

Nice to have

• Middle school teaching and assessment experience.
• Interest in using AI tools as assistants in content creation.
