Senior Specialist, Provider Network Recruitment (Health Insurance)

Location: Remote for candidates residing in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia. The role includes frequent local travel for client meetings and occasional travel for team meetings and company events.

Salary: $67,813–$89,004 per year, plus annual performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Use demographic data to create provider recruitment lists based on geography, specialty, and member demographics.
• Support the preparation, review, and execution of provider contracts and Letters of Agreement.
• Manage the “Request to Join” process and mailbox, screen incoming provider requests, and assign new contracts.
• Generate reports and summaries on provider contract data and network status.
• Coordinate provider data collection for enterprise systems, provider directories, and credentialing processes.
• Maintain contracting data, support special projects, improve workflows, and collaborate with internal departments and external providers.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare contract coordination, provider relations, or a similar role within a managed care environment.
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suites, including strong knowledge of Excel or Sheets.
• At least 1 year of experience prioritizing and managing cross-functional projects.
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Nice to have

• At least 1 year of experience supporting provider contracting in a health insurance environment.
• Knowledge of process improvement principles.
• Familiarity with provider directories or provider network data.
