HR Manager

Location: Hybrid in Col. del Carmen Coyoacan, Mexico City, Mexico; office attendance required a minimum of four days per week.

What you will do

• Serve as an HR point of contact and provide leadership, coaching, and policy guidance to employees and managers at all levels.
• Implement HR initiatives covering performance management, organization planning, compensation, benefits, recognition, learning, and career development.
• Support employee relations, engagement, inclusion, diversity, retention, and a positive work environment.
• Manage onboarding for regular staff and contingent workers, including job description creation and revisions.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR leaders on staffing initiatives, creative programs, morale activities, and continuous process improvements.
• Interpret and implement HR policies and procedures while consulting employment counsel when appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least five years of professional HR generalist experience, including experience in HR organizations with a strong employee-relations focus.
• At least two years of management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to foster positive employee relations.
• Strong business acumen, facilitation, conflict-resolution, interpersonal, communication, influencing, and client-support skills.
• Ability to establish credibility with operating leaders and employees, exercise discretion, maintain strict confidentiality, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Project and process management skills with a demonstrated record of delivering results; self-motivated and flexible.
• Advanced proficiency in HR systems and Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.

Nice to have

• Prior production or television industry experience.
• SAP experience.
