Solutions Architect (Video AI)

Location: Remote, United Kingdom. Travel of up to 10% annually is required, with possible on-site interviews and in-person onboarding.

What you will do

• Provide technical expertise, scope use cases, and support the implementation of video AI applications for startup and enterprise customers.
• Own technical relationships with strategic customers, drive successful integrations, resolve complex technical challenges, and increase adoption.
• Guide customers in using hirify.global APIs to build secure, scalable, and differentiated video understanding experiences.
• Serve as the first point of contact for design, security, compliance, and architecture questions, escalating complex requirements when needed.
• Create documentation, implementation guides, and FAQs for recurring customer requirements and technical challenges.
• Gather customer feedback and represent developer and enterprise needs in product roadmap discussions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Implementation Engineer.
• Experience with hyperscalers, preferably AWS, including hands-on support for customers building on Amazon Bedrock.
• Strong experience with LLMs, multimodal AI, REST APIs, Python, JavaScript, and modern application development.
• Deep understanding of video workflows and video workloads.
• Experience driving customer implementations from kickoff through production launch and building trusted technical relationships.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to business stakeholders and debug integration issues with engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure, GCP, or other cloud providers.
• Experience as a 0-to-1 builder in a rapidly changing environment.
