Solutions Architect (Video AI)

Location: Remote US. Up to 10% annual travel may be required for conferences, off-site meetings, and business events. On-site interviews or in-person onboarding may be required.

On-target earnings: $198K–$240K, plus equity.

What you will do

• Deliver technical guidance, scope use cases, and support implementation of video AI applications for startup and enterprise customers.
• Own technical relationships with strategic accounts, drive successful integrations, resolve complex challenges, and increase adoption.
• Guide customers in using APIs to build secure, scalable, and differentiated video understanding experiences.
• Address design, security, compliance, and architecture questions, escalating complex requirements to internal experts.
• Create implementation guides, documentation, and FAQs for recurring customer requirements and technical challenges.
• Gather customer feedback and represent developer and enterprise needs in product roadmap discussions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and work remotely.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Implementation Engineer.
• Experience with hyperscalers, preferably AWS, including hands-on support for customers building on Amazon Bedrock.
• Strong experience with LLMs, multimodal AI, REST APIs, Python, JavaScript, modern application development, and video workflows.
• Experience driving customer implementations from kickoff through production launch and building trusted technical relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, including translating complex technical concepts for business stakeholders and debugging integrations with engineering teams.
