Sr. Manager, FP&A

Salary: $118,000–$168,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and support bottoms-up budgets and forecasts for annual operating expenses exceeding $450M.
• Lead month-end activities and ensure accurate, timely financial close.
• Analyze third-party costs and spending drivers, including hyperscalers and datacenter operations.
• Consolidate and present financial results, risks, opportunities, and business drivers to leadership.
• Manage and mentor FP&A analysts and collaborate with Accounting, Corporate FP&A, and operational stakeholders.
• Support business cases, strategic initiatives, investment decisions, process improvements, automation, cost allocation, and reporting enhancements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in the technology or software industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships and credibility with business leaders.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and month-end management experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills supporting sound business decisions.
• Ability to communicate financial results, risks, and business drivers clearly to leadership audiences.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Accounting, Corporate FP&A, and operational stakeholders.
