Creator Marketing Manager

Location: Remote, AMER; the role is fully remote and Supabase hires globally, allowing work from anywhere in the world.

Supabase is a Postgres development platform providing Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search for developers.

What you will do

• Source, recruit, and manage direct relationships with content creators on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Design and run creator campaigns end to end.
• Find and test new acquisition channels, formats, and strategies through frequent small experiments.
• Operationalize creator programs through budget management, tracking, and performance reporting.
• Build the creator and UGC program into a multi-million-dollar growth channel, targeting approximately 50 active creators within the first year.
• Potentially expand into owning all content from a growth perspective beyond creators and UGC.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in growth, partnerships, or creator marketing at a developer tools, SaaS, or consumer technology company.
• Track record of launching channels from zero and turning successful channels into repeatable programs.
• Strong relationship-building skills and an outgoing approach that makes creators want to work directly with you.
• Strong operational skills and comfort working with spreadsheets, budgets, tracking, and reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a scrappy startup or smaller company.
• Evidence of thriving in a smaller company environment rather than simply being comfortable at a large-name platform.
