Senior Supply Planner - Raw Components (Robotics)

Location: Onsite at the Salem, Oregon office, United States. All roles are U.S.-based, and applicants must have current authorization to work in the United States.

Anticipated base salary: $112,000–$146,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Develop raw-material replenishment and master supply plans across manufacturing lines and multi-level bills of materials.
• Audit supplier and contract-manufacturer material readiness before kit release and assembly production runs.
• Track lead times and mitigate risks for long-lead parts, critical components, and key assemblies.
• Investigate material discrepancies, unit-of-measure conversions, and planning mismatches using automated data transformation workflows.
• Partner with Sourcing and Engineering on Engineering Change Orders, material phase-in/phase-out, and part supersessions.
• Establish safety stocks, reorder points, and buffer strategies while monitoring MRP demand signals, inventory, staging, and work-in-progress.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of supply planning or material planning experience in complex manufacturing, hardware, robotics, or high-tech industries.
• Experience planning electronic components, PCB assemblies, and active/passive electronics, including work with contract manufacturers or EMS providers.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite, including multi-level BOM and raw-material planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, Excel/Google Sheets, data modeling, reporting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to use AI, automated scripts, or AI agents to identify supply-chain outliers, anomalies, and risks.
