Sr Systems Analyst

Location: National remote within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii. Other listed location: Richardson, Texas.

Base pay: $92,700–$167,500 per year. An annual incentive bonus plan may also apply.

What you will do

• Oversee strategy and planning for data and analytics platform technologies.
• Coordinate delivery of data and analytics platform solutions.
• Apply application configuration, cloud computing, scripting, and service-oriented architecture knowledge.
• Define and manage requirements across the software development lifecycle.
• Support system performance management and solve complex analytical and conceptual problems.
• Communicate technical information clearly in written and oral formats.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of Information Technology experience, or technical certification and/or college coursework with 6 years of Information Technology experience, or 8 years of Information Technology experience.
• Knowledge of application configuration, big data analytics, cloud computing, and scripting languages.
• Knowledge of service-oriented architecture, including SOAP and REST.
• Experience or knowledge of requirements definition and management.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and iterative development.
• Knowledge of system performance management, conceptual thinking, creative thinking, problem solving, and analytical thinking.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with system analysis, business analysis, and rationalization.
• Project or task management and delivery experience.
• Estimating and forecasting experience.
• Knowledge or experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Knowledge or experience with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
