Senior Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Latin America; Remote

What you will do

• Collaborate with engineers and managers to create applications used by hotel customers worldwide.
• Write clean, self-documenting code using best practices, design patterns, and agentic development flows.
• Propose improvements to the product and technology while focusing on customer experience and business growth.
• Mentor engineers in 1:1 sessions, participate in code reviews, and advise the tech lead on technical decisions.
• Take initiative, handle ambiguity, and execute projects with little direction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience.
• Solid knowledge of developing backend applications.
• Experience with JavaScript and common frontend frameworks such as VueJS or ReactJS.
• Experience with mobile development, particularly React Native.
• Strong demonstrated ability to ship high-quality products.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and diligent work ethic.
