Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI)

Location: Minsk, Belarus; hybrid work with 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications, including real-time analytics dashboards and reporting pipelines.
• Develop high-performance Go microservices, concurrent applications, REST/gRPC APIs, and event-driven backend components.
• Design and optimize relational and analytical data stores using advanced SQL, materialized views, aggregation logic, indexing, and query execution analysis.
• Build reporting engines and high-throughput data ingestion solutions, ideally using ClickHouse.
• Design modular micro-frontend architectures and independently deployable UI components with Vue.js.
• Drive technical planning, code reviews, debugging, profiling, scalability, fault tolerance, and secure service design.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-stack development experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Strong hands-on experience with Go, microservices, concurrent applications, and REST/gRPC APIs.
• Expert SQL and data-modeling skills, including complex queries, EXPLAIN plans, indexing, normalization/denormalization, and performance profiling.
• Experience with Vue.js, Vue 3, Composition API, JavaScript/TypeScript, and micro-frontend architectures.
• Experience building SaaS products, distributed web platforms, or microservices; proficiency with Linux/Unix, Git, and CI/CD.
• Ability to work from the Minsk office 3 days per week and communicate effectively in English with U.S.-based and international stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with ClickHouse or other columnar/OLAP databases such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• PHP experience for legacy service integration or migration.
• Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, WebSockets, Kafka, NATS, or gRPC experience.
