Senior Creative Lead (AI)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; fully in-office five days a week.

What you will do

• Create paid and organic social content from ideation through execution, aligning visual identity and brand voice with performance goals and KPIs.
• Brainstorm, concept, plan, produce, edit, and write copy for digital content hirify.global a lean creative structure.
• Monitor emerging social trends and adapt relevant formats and ideas to client brand narratives.
• Perform post-production and quality assurance, including video editing, image selection, retouching, and final delivery.
• Manage multiple projects, meet tight schedules, incorporate feedback, and refine work iteratively.
• Direct AI-assisted projects from concept to final delivery, provide feedback on generated assets, and establish repeatable workflows for quality and efficient production.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience creating and producing paid and organic social content, supported by a relevant portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Strong digital design portfolio demonstrating static and motion design across digital advertising placements and campaigns.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI for commercial image and video production. Proficiency with Higgsfield, Figma Weave, FAL.AI, Replicate, or comparable tools is required.
• Ability to select suitable AI tools and models, use references to guide outputs, and maintain product accuracy, character consistency, and brand alignment through iteration and post-production.
• Strong understanding of the social media landscape, including emerging trends and the factors shaping them.
• Ability to work effectively both collaboratively and independently, adapt quickly, solve problems proactively, and communicate well with clients and internal stakeholders.
• English proficiency and readiness to complete an English, Excel knowledge, and typing test.
• Availability to work on-site in Mexico City five days per week. Resume submission must be in English.

Nice to have

• Photo retouching and compositing.
• On-set art direction, including set design, prop selection, and styling.
• Experience creating content for food and beverage brands, especially alcohol and spirits and direct-to-consumer brands.
• Experience creating content for retail or fashion brands.
• Portfolio examples of finished AI-assisted commercial work with a clear explanation of the contribution to the final product.
• Photo and video camera operation, audio recording, and lighting techniques.
