Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Salary: $77,400–$135,400 per year; incentive eligible

What you will do

• Serve as a finance partner to assigned client groups, providing financial analysis, guidance, and decision support.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and Operating Plan activities.
• Analyze financial performance, trends, risks, opportunities, drivers, P&L results, variances, and anomalies.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reporting with key metrics, forecasts, and performance insights.
• Partner with accounting to investigate discrepancies and ensure accurate expense reporting.
• Develop financial models, communicate recommendations to stakeholders, and improve financial processes, reporting, and analysis.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L analysis.
• Demonstrated financial modeling and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Experience translating financial analysis into clear insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Ability to identify financial trends, variances, risks, and opportunities through detailed analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present financial information clearly, independently manage multiple priorities, and deliver accurate work in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced degree.
• Experience with Workday and Adaptive Planning.
