What you will do

• Design, build, and operate core backend services for the AI orchestration platform.
• Improve system reliability, performance, and observability for real-time infrastructure.
• Support voice-based AI workflows and mission-critical enterprise operations.
• Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product leads, and founders.
• Ship production code frequently while iterating based on real-world customer feedback.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional backend engineering experience.
• Strong background in building scalable systems and service architecture.
• Experience with Go or a strong willingness to master Go in production.
• Solid understanding of APIs, data modeling, and service reliability.
• Product-oriented mindset with the ability to make tradeoffs in a fast-moving environment.
