Inventory Management Support C (Aerospace)

Location: Lockbourne, Ohio, United States; onsite warehouse and inventory activities.

What you will do

• Monitor and process shipment orders, purchase orders, incoming materials, and hardware for the ADS-B program.
• Tag new hardware and maintain inventory and asset management database records.
• Receive, inspect, and process field return assets, including vendor return material authorizations for repair or replacement.
• Monitor warehouse inventory levels and support replenishment activities.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, asset movements, returns, and shipments.
• Coordinate with program, procurement, logistics, warehouse, and engineering teams; verify materials and report shortages, damage, or discrepancies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 6 years of relevant experience, or 2 years of post-secondary education/Associate degree with at least 4 years of related experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an FAA Public Trust Clearance before starting on day 1.
• Ability to manage multiple inventory transactions while maintaining accuracy in warehouse and database systems.
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to inventory and material management.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting aerospace, defense, electronics, or technical hardware programs.
• Familiarity with asset tagging and serialized inventory tracking.
• Experience processing return material authorizations, equipment returns, and vendor repair transactions.
