OTC Sales Specialist (Crypto)

Location: London, United Kingdom; Remote. APAC timezone/location focus.

Salary: USD 50,000–100,000 base salary plus 10% commission.

Work with a globally regulated crypto exchange holding licences across Asia, Europe, and the US and providing OTC trading and automated fiat-to-crypto payment products to institutional and corporate clients worldwide.

What you will do

• Build and convert a book of corporate and institutional OTC clients across APAC.
• Source and develop leads, primarily in Singapore and Hong Kong.
• Sell automated on-ramp and off-ramp payment API products where relevant.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and conversion.
• Generate revenue from corporate clients across APAC.

Requirements

• Proven track record selling OTC crypto products to corporate clients, HNWIs, or family offices.
• Existing APAC client network, particularly in Singapore and Hong Kong.
• Crypto or Web3 background.

• Early-stage experience at a recognised OTC or crypto payments firm.
