Regional Partner, Technical Success Architect (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom or Madrid, Spain; travel up to 30% to visit partner delivery teams, host technical masterclasses, and support on-site project discovery.

Base salary: £75,000–£175,000 GBP per year.

What you will do

• Guide EMEA partner delivery teams to align engineering practices and technical implementations with hirify.global architectural standards.
• Review complex enterprise application designs for scalability, security, performance, and long-term maintainability.
• Mentor partner technical leads, solution architects, and developers so they can independently deliver complex applications.
• Collaborate with partner leads, Customer Success, and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve architecture and performance challenges.
• Create reusable design patterns, integration blueprints, and fixes that enhance hirify.global’s AI tooling for partners.
• Support global technical enablement through forums, Q&A sessions, training, certification assets, and evaluation of channel solution architectures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Software Architecture, including designing, building, and deploying large-scale enterprise-grade systems.
• Deep proficiency in Database Design, API Integrations, Security Frameworks, Performance Tuning, and Cloud Deployment Models.
• Experience collaborating with GSIs, regional systems integrators, and enterprise delivery teams across EMEA.
• Experience conducting architecture reviews, code reviews, and establishing engineering best practices for scalable enterprise platforms.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to command technical respect from partner executives and developer teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% for partner visits, technical masterclasses, and on-site project discovery.

• Experience defining commercially robust, repeatable architecture patterns with Product Engineering and Customer Success teams.
