Lead Business & Technology Architect (SAP/PLM)

Location: Sant Cugat del Valles, Barcelona, Spain. Hybrid work model combining home office and office work.

What you will do

• Develop the architecture vision and roadmap for product lifecycle and product costing transformation.
• Create system designs, blueprints, and models for complex supply chain processes involving SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Lead integration strategies, data contracts, and APIs supporting seamless data flow between systems.
• Develop business cases, assess investment needs, and connect costs with expected business value.
• Research and recommend technologies including AI and analytics to improve efficiency and innovation.
• Lead design governance and collaborate with business leaders, enterprise architects, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 7–10 years of experience in supply chain, operations, information technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience with supply-chain and enterprise application systems.
• Proven experience with Product Lifecycle Management and/or Product Costing in SAP environments, such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP PLM, or SAP CO-PC.
• Strong knowledge of product data structures, BOM, product design, lifecycle processes, and costing methodologies.
• Advanced communication, consulting, problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder-influence skills.
