Web Solutions Specialist

Location: Remote or hybrid for residents of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Arizona, Texas, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, California, or Virginia. Candidates in Washington within reasonable driving distance of Tukwila must work from the headquarters on Tuesdays and Wednesdays; candidates outside the commute distance may work remotely.

Target pay range: $80,200–$97,800 annually. Full pay range: $62,400–$115,700 annually. Performance-based compensation incentives may also be available.

What you will do

• Deliver web solutions for campaigns, product initiatives, membership growth, product adoption, and member experience improvements across hirify.global.org and other digital platforms.
• Build and maintain landing pages, microsites, forms, and reusable front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS tools.
• Support the Digital Experience Platform initiative, including the transition from Sitecore to Optimizely and the delivery of scalable modern web solutions.
• Implement personalization, audience targeting, marketing technology integrations, and analytics-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and IT teams to translate business requirements into effective web experiences.
• Apply UX, accessibility, responsive design, SEO, legal, regulatory, brand, and ADA standards; participate in Agile delivery, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and end-to-end project ownership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in web development, digital solutions, or digital marketing technology roles.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience building and supporting digital campaigns and website enhancements.
• Strong project coordination, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and take ownership of projects from initial direction through completion.

Nice to have

• Experience with jQuery or modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with CMS platforms, specifically Optimizely.
• Familiarity with Bootstrap or an equivalent front-end framework.
• Understanding of digital testing and optimization methodologies.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and performance measurement practices.
• Exposure to personalization tools or marketing automation platforms.
• Experience working in Agile or similar delivery frameworks.
