Revenue Operations Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote, based in London, UK, with strong overlap with customer business hours.

Salary: £67,000–£83,000 estimated base salary per year; equity and bonus are offered.

What you will do

• Support and improve quote-to-cash workflows covering CPQ, order forms, contract changes, subscriptions, entitlements, and downstream system updates.
• Partner with Finance and GTM Engineering on usage, billing, monetization, and reconciliation workflows across CRM, product, billing, and finance systems.
• Operate Salesforce and other GTM systems by building reports, dashboards, flows, automations, and system enhancements.
• Maintain data quality and governance across accounts, opportunities, contracts, usage, renewals, and customer records.
• Troubleshoot GTM systems and process issues, identify root causes, and improve forecasting, routing, territory, quota, and commission reporting.
• Partner with GTM Engineering on requirements, testing, implementation, documentation, optimization, and scalable AI-enabled automation.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Sales Operations, Business Systems, or a related role.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce experience, including reporting, flows, automation, and data management.
• Experience working across CRM, CPQ, billing, contract, or other GTM systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• A track record of improving workflows rather than only executing existing processes.
• Comfort using AI and automation tools to reduce manual work and improve operations.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across GTM, Finance, and technical teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work from London with strong overlap with customer business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience in a usage-based or consumption-based business.
• Experience with CPQ and contract-generation tools.
• Familiarity with billing or metering systems.
• SQL or experience working with GTM or customer data.
• Experience with Claude, Cursor, n8n, Workato, Retool, or similar automation environments.
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or AI company.
• Additional European languages.
