Global Process Expert (HR Services) (f/m/d)

Location: Hybrid (Remote/Office) in Warsaw, Wrocław, Kraków, Poland, or Lisbon, Portugal.

What you will do

• Define and maintain global HR process standards aligned with governance and service delivery strategies.
• Manage and continuously improve the HR service catalog, process documentation, and operational guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification, digitalization, and optimization across HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Partner with HR Operations, People Systems, and IT teams to enhance HR technologies and service delivery platforms.
• Collaborate with regional HR teams, global process owners, and external vendors on end-to-end service delivery.
• Monitor process performance, audit readiness, and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement and employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in global HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or Process Management within a multinational environment.
• Expertise in global process governance, process mapping, standardization, and operating model design across multiple regions.
• Hands-on experience with HR technologies and service delivery platforms, preferably Workday and other HRIS solutions.
• Experience leading knowledge transfer activities, process transitions, and global change initiatives within a complex organization.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills, including the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, global process owners, regional HR teams, and external service providers.
