Revenue Cycle Solutions Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: Franklin, United States; hybrid role requiring residence in or near the Franklin collaboration hub, with 25% travel for client engagements.

Base pay: $92,562–$160,440 annually, plus eligibility for variable pay.

What you will do

• Manage client implementations of hirify.global Health solutions from kickoff through transition and handoff.
• Participate in end-to-end implementation activities, requirements gathering, workflow mapping, configuration reviews, and user acceptance testing.
• Apply best-practice workflows to client environments and provide guidance on change management, process optimization, and solution adoption.
• Collect and analyze revenue cycle metrics to demonstrate solution value and performance.
• Analyze front-end revenue cycle processes and recommend improvements to registration, scheduling, financial clearance, authorization, eligibility, and price estimation workflows.
• Map current processes and design optimized future-state workflows in collaboration with clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare front-end revenue cycle, including registration, scheduling, eligibility, authorization, and patient access.
• 2+ years of project management experience and knowledge of project management processes and documentation.
• Experience delivering end-user training, client education sessions, or workflow-based training in a healthcare or technology setting.
• Knowledge of hirify.global Health products and operations, as well as healthcare legislation and regulations.
• Familiarity with interface messages, HL7, X12, and API workflows.
• HFMA Certification is required within one year of employment.
• Must reside in or near the designated collaboration hub for the role.
