Program / Project Manager, Care Delivery & Strategy

What you will do

• Lead complex programs, projects, and workstreams for a large health plan from initiation through implementation.
• Develop integrated project plans covering milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, deliverables, governance, escalation pathways, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders on priorities, timelines, ownership, and outcomes.
• Assess operational workflows, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and design or refine future-state workflows and operating models.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, current-state assessments, gap analyses, and future-state design.
• Translate strategic objectives, concepts, and recommendations into business requirements, roadmaps, implementation plans, and executable work.

Requirements

• Strong healthcare program and/or project management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across functions and organizational levels.
• Ability to independently manage complex projects and multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience with strategic planning, business or process design, operational workflow improvement, or healthcare transformation.
• Strong project planning, risk and issue management, dependency management, governance, and executive reporting skills.
• Ability to facilitate complex discussions and convert ambiguous business problems into structured plans and deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed healthcare environment.
