Senior Lead - IAM Administration (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead daily administration, operational support, and service delivery for IAM platforms and services.
• Manage identity lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, role changes, terminations, provisioning, deprovisioning, and entitlement administration.
• Administer access governance activities, including certification campaigns, access reviews, role management, segregation of duties controls, and remediation.
• Administer privileged account lifecycles, access requests, emergency access, credential rotation, reconciliation, monitoring, reviews, and reporting.
• Drive standardized procedures, runbooks, documentation, automation adoption, platform upgrades, production readiness, and operational improvements.
• Maintain metrics, dashboards, compliance evidence, audit reporting, operational risk tracking, and collaboration across engineering, security, infrastructure, applications, and business teams; mentor IAM analysts and administrators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Cyber Security Operations, Technology Operations, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting Identity Governance & Administration, Access Management, Authentication, or Privileged Access Management platforms in a production operations environment.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, user provisioning, entitlement management, and access certification processes.
• Familiarity with automation tools and operational workflow optimization.
• Knowledge of regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements related to identity and access management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working across technology, security, audit, risk, and business functions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• U.S. work authorization without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship is required.
