Manager, Identity & Trust Engineering

Location: Remote within the United States, with final interviews required onsite at the Chattanooga, Tennessee headquarters

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, engineering, and operational maturity of enterprise identity and trust platforms.
• Oversee authentication, access management, privileged access management, secrets management, PKI, certificate lifecycle management, and application protection technologies.
• Lead engineers and security specialists while partnering with Information Security, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Application Delivery teams.
• Drive automation, platform modernization, technology lifecycle management, and operational excellence.
• Develop security policies, standards, procedures, and business-relevant program metrics.
• Provide security expertise and present security status to directors, the CISO, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience leading technical teams across diverse disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience in information security or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in security engineering or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent technical experience.
• Expertise in enterprise identity, authentication, privileged access, PKI, secrets management, and digital trust.
• CISSP or CISM certification is required, or must be obtained within two years of accepting the position.
