InfoSec Manager (AI)

Location: In person at the New York office; all full-time roles are in person in New York

What you will do

• Own information security infrastructure end to end, including identity and access management, device management, cloud systems, compliance, and security posture.
• Implement and manage identity, access control, SIEM, and shadow IT visibility systems, while evaluating new tools.
• Build and execute the security program by identifying gaps, improving configurations, and regulating permissions as the organization scales.
• Manage external IT vendors, including contracts, feedback, escalations, approvals, and accountability.
• Manage in-office networking, A/V, device deployment, and troubleshooting while building scalable operational systems.
• Automate onboarding and offboarding workflows and collaborate with engineering, operations, legal, and compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or information security.
• Experience implementing medium-to-large IT systems such as identity management, SIEM, or access control platforms.
• Hands-on experience building IT practices in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Experience managing employee onboarding and offboarding workflows and scaling identity and access processes.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, legal, compliance, and external vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication, high ownership, and the ability to solve complex operational problems independently.
